Consul General Dragan Dimitrijević
Dragan Dimitrijević was born on 10 July 1975 in Prokuplje.
He graduated in 2001 from the Faculty of Management of Megatrend University in Zaječar.
He has been employed at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1997, in the Department of Information Technology. From 2002 to 2006, he served as Vice-Consul at the Embassy of Serbia and Montenegro in Tripoli, Libya.
From 2006 to 2014, he was assigned to the Security Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, holding the diplomatic rank of First Secretary, and from 2014 to 2017 the rank of Counsellor.
In 2017, he was appointed Vice-Consul at the Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Stuttgart, and in 2018 he was appointed Consul at the same Consulate General.
From September 2020, he served as Acting Head of the Consulate General, and in September 2021 he was appointed Consul General of the Republic of Serbia in Stuttgart.
He speaks English and has a working knowledge of German and Arabic.
He is married and has three children.
